Uus̱ááʔ K'ę́aagich was a Dreamer from Halfway River. His name means, "He Carries a Pail Around." He was also called Nààchįį which means "Dreamer." His English name was Joe Lilly. Although he died when he was just thirty years old, he had three wives and fathered four children and many people at the Halfway River First Nation are descendants of his.

Uus̱ááʔ K'ę́aagich is reported to have once used his power to prevent a government plane from taking off on a lake in the Halfway River area.
