The GIS team is responsible for providing mapping, analytics, and data management for reserve, fee-simple and lands within DRFN’s territory. The GIS Technician will work collaboratively with all departments at DRFN, but the greatest portion time will be spent engaging in consultation activities for industrial projects proposed within the territory. The incumbent will assist the GIS Programmer/Analyst with GIS related data management, supporting the lands monitoring program, and providing GIS services to all DRFN departments as needed.
